The sub-status code, or 0 when the response has none.

Gets the Cosmos DB sub-status code of a stream response, which ResponseMessage does not expose, unlike SubStatusCode. The sub-status tells apart responses that share a status code: for example, a 404 without one is a missing item, while a 404 with OwnerResourceNotFound is a missing database or container. The known values are in SubStatusCodes.
